Cognizant’s Employee Relations platform provides organizations with the tools and templates to build and manage their ER processes. Through configurable templates, organizations can remain compliant in local countries by reflecting policies and processes to ensure compliance, e.g. in the United Kingdom, remain compliant in your grievance and appeals procedure, absenteeism, whistleblowing, and more. Also ensure compliance for organizations with union contracts and disputes. Through the templates, different templates can be created with process specific fields for the different types of employee Relations processes to support policies and processes.
Templates can be restricted by country and security group ensuring employee relation cases are initiated by the correct users. Through security configuration, details within the case can be shown or hidden from different security groups allowing sensitive case information to be recorded that should not be widely shared. Understanding that each organization will have their own processes within the guidelines, you can easily move cases through the different stages of the case lifecycle without being limited to linear process steps with complex conditional logic. From the case actions, you can record outcomes and follow ups for resolved cases, schedule case hearing meetings, generate and send documents to employees, add confidential and public notes and upload documents.
